With over 30 years as a CPA, Michelle Goheen has built a career around maximizing enterprise value for clients, employers, and now investors. Her journey includes a decade with two of the world’s top consulting firms—EY and PwC—where she advised on transactions totaling tens of billions of dollars, including IPOs, acquisitions, and divestitures.
Michelle’s real estate investing journey began in 1994 and has remained a consistent passion throughout her career. Today, she brings together deep financial expertise, operational discipline, and local market knowledge to identify and execute high-potential investment opportunities—most recently in Oxford, Mississippi.
Her background in Big 4 consulting refined her skills in strategic planning, financial analysis, and risk management—tools she now applies directly to structuring tax-efficient real estate investments and evaluating long-term performance. Known for her proven expertise in turning financial data into actionable insight, Michelle evaluates opportunities through both a strategic and analytical lens.
